LAU Industrial Hub Partners with Iteration 360 to Expand Student Opportunities in Tech
The LAU Industrial Hub partnered with Iteration 360 to create targeted opportunities for students in technology, software development, and enterprise resource planning.
Supported by Microsoft, the collaboration provides students with access to training, certification, paid internships, and potential hiring pathways. Through the program, interns work on software development and ERP-related activities across different industries, using tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Power Platform.
The partnership reflects LAUIH’s role in connecting student talent with real industry needs. Rather than limiting student exposure to traditional internships, the Hub works with partners to create structured workforce pathways where students can develop practical skills, contribute to active business needs, and build experience that supports long-term employment.
For LAUIH, the partnership with Iteration 360 strengthens its Workforce model by combining training, applied experience, and industry placement. It also supports the Hub’s broader mission to help companies access trained talent while giving students a direct path into real professional work.
