MET-CS needed an embedded model for accessing LAU talent, training future junior storage, systems, and software engineers, and operating from a collaborative space alongside university teams.
LAUIH built a multi-agreement framework: workspace access at Byblos with internet, conference rooms, and labs; structured internship agreements with stipends and certification support; and company-led technical training across storage, systems, software, and data engineering pathways.
The partnership ran across three years and multiple agreements, training a minimum of six students per cohort and creating a recurring talent pipeline into Lebanon's IT infrastructure and data center sector.
