Smart Water Dispensing Optimization
The Challenge
H2Go is EcoConsulting’s water refill system, built to cut single-use plastic. It needed a workable Lebanese payment setup, simpler dispensing hardware, better cooling and piping, and a plan to re-enter the market.
Our Solution
LAUIH delivered both strategic and technical work. We evaluated cash, NFC, digital wallet, and mobile payment options. Then we redesigned the dispensing system around a simpler PLC setup. It uses copper piping, flow sensing, water-level control, filtration, and UV treatment.
The Results
The new design cut hardware complexity sharply. Two pumps became one, eight solenoid valves became four, and plastic tubing was replaced with copper. EcoConsulting received a practical retrofit plan. It starts with a cash-based pilot on four machines and leads to cashless payment.
