Solar Cleaning Efficiency Upgrade
The Challenge
Bright Solar’s panel cleaning service worked, but it used too much water. It also strained operators. It lacked the monitoring needed to grow sustainably across the Lebanese market.
Our Solution
LAUIH ran a four-phase program. It covered efficiency research, system handling, sustainability improvements, and sensor integration. We mapped workflows and evaluated low-water cleaning methods. We designed IoT monitoring with flow and TDS sensors. We also prepared a prototype development plan.
The Results
Bright Solar received a complete operational roadmap. It targets 15% less water, safer and more ergonomic work, and IoT-based monitoring. This positions the company to offer data-driven, sustainable cleaning at scale.
