LAUIH ran a research and solution-design program. It included stakeholder interviews, chatbot testing, and market benchmarking. The team then designed a modular AI architecture. It covers access across channels, calendar sync, and supplier API orchestration. It also covers ERP integration, payment security, and audit trails.

Elephants Ride received a four-layer AI architecture. The layers cover experience, intelligence, integration, and governance. The work is backed by 87 stakeholder survey responses. It gives a clear path to agentic workflows, personalized recommendations, and enterprise-ready reporting.
