FADEL needed continuous, flexible software development and QA capacity for its enterprise crawler systems — not a fixed-scope project, but an adaptive talent pipeline under structured technical supervision.
LAUIH built a managed talent model: graduate and undergraduate contributors working under LAUIH technical oversight with Agile coordination, weekly sprint planning, onsite collaboration, QA testing, and documented knowledge transfer.
The partnership renewed after its initial pilot. Seven LAU students have contributed to crawler module development, QA, and documentation — giving FADEL a scalable delivery pipeline and students enterprise-grade experience.
